We hope this message finds you well. As we prepare for 2 upcoming remote days on February 19th and 20th, we want to ensure that all students and families have the necessary information to make these days productive and successful.
K-2nd Grade Remote Learning Day Assignments:
No Live Instruction
Students will complete work in the packet sent home by teachers.
Teachers will host an office hour from 10:00-11:00 (See Rooms for Meeting Link)
Students have until Thursday, February 27th to turn work in for attendance credit.
3rd-5th Grade Remote Learning Day Assignments:
Students will take home their assigned device. Please ensure good care until return to school.
Live Instruction (Link posted to Google Classroom and Rooms) following the below schedule:
3rd Grade:
Block 1: 8:00-8:45
Block 2: 9:30-10:15
Lunch: 11:00-12:00
Office Hour: 12:00-1:00
4th Grade:
Block 1: 8:00-8:45
Block 2: 9:30-10:15
Block 3: 11:00-11:45
Lunch: 12:30-1:30
Office Hour: 1:30-2:30
5th Grade:
Block 1: 8:00-8:45
Block 2: 9:30-10:15
Science: 11:00-11:45
Lunch: 12:30-1:30
Office Hour: 1:30-2:30
Students will also complete online assignments posted to Google Classroom or work sent home by the teacher.
Students have until Thursday, February 27th to turn work in for attendance credit.
Attendance Policy:
To be marked present for the remote learning day, students must submit their completed assignment upon returning to school.
Students may also be marked present by attending a live class via Google Meet.
Students will have up to four (4) days following the remote learning day to turn in their assignment to ensure they are counted present.
Teacher Support:
Teachers will host one office hour during the remote learning day to provide additional support and answer any questions students may have.
The Google Meet link for the office hour will be shared by each teacher on the Rooms platform.
We encourage students to take advantage of this opportunity to connect with their teachers if they need assistance.
